Glass Cake Stand Set

I was searching on the web for a cake stand to buy for myself. As I was looking, these beautiful glass cake stands popped up on my screen. I clicked on them to get a closer look and more information. To my surprise these were not just ordinary glass cake stands. They are a set of three round cake stands with beautiful crystals hanging from the sides of them. You cake stack them on top of each other or use them seperately. They have a bit of a vintage style look. I definitely plan to purchase these in the near future.

To make sure I will be able to buy these, I am using a special envelope to put a few dollars in until I get enough money saved to make the purchase. This cake stand set will add beauty to a cake and any other items you choose to display on it.

I plan to use my cake stand set to display baked treats, make a fruit tray, and add a touch of class to the beauty products that I display when having home parties or virtual events. When not in use, this cake stand set will look gorgeous displayed on a shelf or dining room hutch. This is an item I would not want to loan out.

My ONLINE Business

I have more than one business I am running. I am a Sales Representative. It is not easy to run a business online. People make it sound so easy to earn money online. They often do not give details about how to actually get customers nor how much money you have to spend to promote and advertise your business or blog or whatever you are trying to do online.

Look at blogs. Right now as I am writing this blog I am using a free website. I have read posts and articles from other bloggers. The bloggers who are making money from writing blogs are paying for the website they have. They have web hosting fees and other things to pay for to get their blog website promoted and at the top of search engines. It is the same when running any business online. You have to pay fees to promote and advertise your business. Then you hope someone will notice and click on your link , purchase something, and share your website with someone they know. There are more work and details that I have not mentioned in this post or blog that I am writing right now.

Story Book

I have found blogging to be like writing a story or a book. You write about things you like, things you do, things you think someone else want to read about. You can write about any thing.

For me the hardest thing about blogging is finding others to share it with.  I am blogging as a hobby to see how much I enjoy it. Eventually my blogs will become more meaningful and interesting.

I didn’t choose a niche or one topic to write about because I will get bored with it and run out of ideas to write about that one specific niche.

Life is full of variety. I enjoy reading blogs from others more than I like writing blogs. I find myself reading blogs and posts and watching YouTube hours at a time. I have to make myself get offline.

So, I will stop writing now. I have spent enough time online. I have other things in my life to attend to including family and friends.

Tired Sleepy Who Knows

I am tired and sleepy as I write this blog. I decided to write since I have not written in a while. I have been doing a lot of things lately. I am trying to work at home. I recently started taking classes again to work towards my degree. I still home school my daughter. I help my family and neighbors with housework, they are elderly, over 60 years old.

I just read a blog that I like. It was very encouraging. I should have saved it and listed it here to share with you. It said to write informal, the way you talk when you have a conversation with someone. I like that advice. It makes blogging and writing less stressful.

Any way, I am not writing long. I just wanted to write a little something before going to bed. It takes me a while to wind down and relax enough to go to bed. I literally have to make myself go to bed most of the time. I realize that is due to being stressed and doing too many things at once. But, once I finally get in bed, I soon go to sleep. I sleep better on the couch than in the bed. Probably because of support for my back when on the couch. My back is resting on the chair and has nothing to lean on when in the bed.

Paid Viewpoint

I am testing a website callef Paid Viewpoint,that allows you to earn gifts from taking surveys. So far I like it. They send real surveys you can actually answer. You don’t have to go through a bunch of questions to see if you qualify for the survey. If you get a survey, you are already qualified for it.

I have not been using it long. I plan to continue until I earn or win something.

Blogging Journey Update

Amazing! I have finally started to blog. Blogging is easier than I have ever thought it would be. Seriously, Blogging is only another name for writing. You can write about any thing. You do not have to write about the same thing all the time. That’s one reason why I am just now getting started with blogging. I thought I had to choose one thing or niche to write about. I get bored with the same thing over and over again. I like to switch things up a bit. So many people focus on making money from blogging. Yes, I thought I had to monetize by blogging page from the start to be able to write a blog. Now I’m not worried about monetizing my blog. Right now I am simply enjoying the writing. I am able to positively write out my thoughts and feelings. I can also share about things I like. I am especially glad that it’s okay to blog about things that someone else has already blogged about. After all, someone like me who doesn’t talk a lot have few words to say and only a few conversations to start.
